Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 14:00 on working days (Monday to Friday) are delivered to the contracted carrier on the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered to Royal Mail on the next working day.

Discreet packaging is made with waterproof material.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service and the delivery cost for all orders is covered by us. (Free Delivery)

 

International Deliveries

Depending on the zone you are in, the following delivery fees will be charged:
Orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked (Parcel force) service.
Important Information: The buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges and taxes that may occur in the delivery country.

Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address

If the customer provides a wrong or incomplete delivery address and the order cannot be delivered, the courier will return the package to us. In this case, we will refund the product price, but the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

If the customer would like the order to be sent again to a new address, a new delivery charge must be paid to the seller before re-shipment.
